Terms of Service

The terms we work by

These terms describe how Heshacare may be used and where its responsibilities begin and end. They are written plainly, because a clinic should understand exactly what it is agreeing to.

What Heshacare is

Heshacare is documentation and administration software for clinics. It drafts structured visit notes from consultations, and runs appointments, records and billing around the note the doctor approves.

It is not a diagnostic or treatment tool. Heshacare does not diagnose, prescribe or decide treatment, and it does not replace a clinician's judgment.

The doctor stays in control

Every visit note is presented as a draft. The doctor reviews, edits and approves it, and no note is filed until that approval happens. The plan section is left for the doctor to write. The clinical decisions, and the responsibility for them, remain with the treating doctor.

Using the service responsibly

Clinics agree to use Heshacare in line with these terms and with the rules that apply to their practice, including obtaining patient consent before any consultation is recorded.

  • Capture consultation audio only with the patient's consent
  • Keep account access limited to the clinic's own authorised staff
  • Use the service for operating the clinic, not for unrelated purposes
  • Review and approve notes before they are relied upon or filed

Accuracy and review

Speech is imperfect and drafts can contain errors. That is why review sits at the centre of Heshacare. A drafted note should always be checked and corrected by the doctor before it is approved. Approved content reflects the doctor's review, not the software's output alone.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and dependable, and to give reasonable notice of planned maintenance. From time to time access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Accounts and access

Access is provided by role, and clinics are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for the actions taken under their accounts. If credentials are lost or misused, the clinic should let us know so access can be protected.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that affects how a clinic uses the service, the clinic will be informed so it can decide how to proceed.
